"Liv Within was inspired by my deep desire to maintain the interconnectedness of human beings and nature. We are nature, and nature is us; one and the same. It just makes sense that nature, in its purest form, is at the heart of our lives. We have started questioning where we source our foods, our water, our skin care, our cleaning products, and it is the perfect time to start questioning what our yoga mats are made from, what they are dyed with, the conditions that they are made in, and the influence of these small decisions on our health, environment and overall vitality. Our skin, the largest organ of our body, feels, breathes and absorbs all that it touches, so it is so important that we are practicing on a yoga mat that is genuinely natural and energetically in alignment throughout all stages of its creation. I have been practicing on my Liv Within mat for almost 2 years now. It is my daily ritual and my safe place; where I fully surrender and melt, to feel connected, safe, and held in all seasons and expressions of myself."
